Students may request a full refund if they withdraw from a course at least 14 days before the start date. Withdrawals made 7-13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Withdrawals made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for refunds unless due to documented emergency circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
